Our daughter, my Dad and my niece are all sufferers from Celiac disease (for those of you who don't know what that is, it basically means that you can't eat any foods containing wheat, rye, barley or any of their derivatives. Even other foods that have been cross-contaminated are forbidden (such as French fries that have been prepared in the same fryer as breaded chicken breasts).
These restrictions mean that traveling with a celiac family member can be difficult.
With our personal knowledge of the restrictions, and our contacts with the celiac community in Britain, we can take the strain for you!
